📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities: Ø Regularly sample and test HVAC water systems. Ø Evaluate and maintain chemical monitoring and control equipment. Report any malfunction and make any repair/replacement as needed. Ø Record testing data and work performed on service report and communicate results with all relevant personnel. Ø Maintain customer chemical inventory and a clean and orderly working area housing the chemical treatment system. Ø Transport, lift and apply chemical pails as needed. Must be able to regularly lift 50 lbs. Ø Maintain company provided vehicle, tools and testing equipment. Ø Perform other duties as needed to achieve company goals.
Job Requirements: Ø Associates Degree or higher. Ø Knowledge of HVAC systems and/or basic chemistry or chemical industry experience. Ø Experience with Microsoft Office 365.Ø Able to take direction and work with others with the goal of more autonomy and independence….a self starter. Ø Good verbal and written communication skills. Ø Valid driver’s license and good driving record. Ø Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Ø 3 years related work experience preferred.
