Role Description
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries, and resolving issues via phone, email, and chat. In addition will also document interactions and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service roleExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentExperience using CRM softwareProficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar softwareAbility to remain calm and professional under pressureAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment
