- JOB DESCRIPTION: (Loan Account Support Services) Responsibilities of Financial Analyst : Assist with critical operations activities via manual and automated processes.
- Provide support for transcripts of accounts, accounts payable, and loan adjustments.
- Complete service office requests for loan adjustments.
- Develop and update desk guides and other process documents.
- Provide support for back-office research into loan and account corrections.
