We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to provide financial business support in forecasting, analysis, reporting, accounting, and systems in our Direct-to-Consumer Business. Responsibilities:• Perform general ledger close procedures in Oracle as part of the monthly/quarterly/annual close process. This includes the preparation of journal entries, primarily related to inventory, obsolescence, and other areas.• Partner with FP&A team to ensure that they understand the drivers of specific P&L variances during the close.• Coordinate with various business groups including Inventory Planning Team & Other Planning/Strategy to support management business decision.• Perform detail account reconciliations related to Sales, Inventory, & Others, including variances between different systems.• Leverage various systems such as Oracle, HFM, Cognos, etc. to provide continuous support and smooth operation.• Support internal and external audit requests.• Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and SOX/Sarbanes Oxley requirements REQUIREMENTS• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration• MBA or CPA license is a plus• Minimum of 3 - 5 years of work experience, preferably in a large global corporate accounting department & experience working in the Direct to Consumer business model is a plus.• Solid understanding of financial accounting concepts• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
