Aufgaben
Was du bei uns baust
- Multi-Tenant Kubernetes-Plattform auf STACKIT SKE, Greenfield-Architektur mit definierter Roadmap
- CloudNativePG (CNPG) als Postgres-Layer mit Multi-Tenant Row-Level-Security
- Supabase + Keycloak + Infisical Secret Management, sauber integriert
- NetworkPolicies + NGINX Ingress + GitOps mit ArgoCD
- Token-Quota-Service fuer Multi-Tenant LLM-Inference (eigenes Design, kein OSS-Drop-in)
- Architektur-Entscheidungen, die unseren ersten Enterprise-Rollout noch in 2026 tragen
Wie wir arbeiten
- ADRs für jede relevante Architektur-Entscheidung, nicht im Slack-Thread vergraben
- Runbooks vor Production, nicht danach
- Code Reviews als Standard, nicht als Ausnahme
- Eval-Suiten und Lasttests vor dem ersten Tenant
- Direkter Draht zum Founding-Team, kein Layer aus Project Managern dazwischen
Qualifikation
Was wir suchen
- 5+ Jahre Production-Kubernetes-Erfahrung, nicht "Kubernetes im Tutorial gesehen"
- Postgres-Operator-Track (CNPG, Zalando, Crunchy) mit echten Multi-Tenant-Setups in Produktion
- Multi-Tenant SaaS-Architektur, idealerweise mit Row-Level-Security oder Schema-per-Tenant
- Sovereign-Cloud-Affinität (STACKIT, IONOS, Open Telekom Cloud) ein Plus, kein Muss
- Selbstständig, dokumentations-bereit, pragmatisch. Du schreibst ADRs gerne, nicht widerwillig.
Tech-Stack:
Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, ArgoCD, CNPG, Supabase, Keycloak, NGINX Ingress, Infisical, Python, Go.
