Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Texas Professional Engineer license. Over 10 years of experience of transportation engineering projects, including TxDOT. Demonstrated project management skills, adept at handling multiple deadlines and budgets. Strong communication skills for fostering relationships with clients, agencies, and team members.
