Responsibilities

• Conduct ad hoc analysis as required by management to support decision-making processes.
• Independently review operations and perform analyses to identify areas of improvement.
• Manage accounting functions across US, CA, and MX operations, ensuring compliance and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Accounts Receivable (AR) And Accounts Payable (AP) Control & Oversight.
• Supervise the entry of vendor invoices and manage purchase orders.
• Review aged payables regularly and create payments for purchase invoices, subject to management authorization.
• Handle labor control activities, including running payroll based on management input using ADP, creating payroll entries, and reconciling with ADP reports.
• Oversee inventory control and valuation to maintain accurate stock levels and financial records.
• Manage recurring journals, month-end licenses, tax accruals, as well as accruals and deferred expense allocation and amortization.

Qualifications

Accounting/Business Degree Experience – 5 to 10 Years in Accounting / Controller / Analyst Functions Exceptional Level of Excel Capabilities Ability to Extract and Analyze Data for Ad Hoc tasks Good Communication / Presentation Skills Work well with all levels of Management Fluent in Spanish and English not required but is a plus. Must be able to work on premises full-time reliably.
