We're looking for a mid-level Site Reliability Engineer to join a small multi-skilled reliability engineering team within a foremost hedge fund in New York City. This team provides critical solutions, application development, system support, automation solutions and greenfield software to enhance the effectiveness of all trading development teams. This is a hugely collaborative team that integrates themselves across the business to proactively source issues and provide software solutions.
About youPrior experience within a site reliability, production or software support teamProficiency in your chosen language (Go, Python, Bash, Perl)Proficiency in Linux environments, Windows a plusExperience in databases and configuration management platforms such as Puppet, Ansible or SaltA highly curious and problem-solving attitude towards technologyFantastic communication and ability to decipher issues in a fast-paced environment
