Regional HR Business Partner$150,000-$170,000 + bonus + benefitsOur client is a leading international professional services firm. They have an amazing opportunity on the west coast to join their business as an HR business partner, working to support their west coast business services. Responsibilities:Partner with and act as an advisor to West Coast senior executives to define workforce strategies and plans. Work in conjunction with the HR Business Partner team to enhance the function's processes. Build relationships with key stakeholders to implement the firm's HR initiatives. Identify, develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee relations, talent management, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and talent acquisition processes. Educate, coach, and influence the assigned business units on issues involving attracting and retaining talent, performance management, and employee relations. Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree3+ years of HR experience. Knowledge of labor laws in the state of California. Siemens certification is preferred.
