Property Maintenance Technician Job Summary
We are searching for a Property Maintenance Technician to help with the upkeep of our rental properties. In this role, you coordinate both repair and preventative maintenance, so you should have skills and experience in a variety of disciplines, from drywall hanging to carpentry to painting.
Property Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities
Respond to maintenance requestsFix aesthetic damage after tenants move outConduct regular inspections for EPA and safety issuesContact third-party technicians when necessaryDocument all repairs made on our properties
Property Maintenance Technician Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or GED certificateBuilding maintenance experienceOwn set of hand toolsExperience with a variety of construction disciplinesCustomer service skills
Pay - $22-$28 DOE
