Job DescriptionResponsible for building applications, including back-end services to their client-end counterparts. The primary responsibilities will be to develop applications, support application design, provide technical mentorship to other less experienced developers in the team, and to coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the IT department. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving and quality product is essential. This position will collaborate with product owners, architects, PMs, and BAs and will require great communication. Perform other assignments as required. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable and reliable codeEnsure the best possible performance, quality and responsiveness of applicationsProvide technical leadership to teammates through mentorshipCollaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web- and desktop-based business applications built with AngularIdentify bottlenecks and bugs and collaborate on solutions to these problemsMaintain existing software systems by identifying and correcting software defectsEnsure projects are completed within committed time and budget and are integrated with other software applicationsInvestigate and develop skills in new technologiesHelp maintain code quality and automatizationConsult colleagues concerning maintenance and performance of software systemsImplement new softwareRequired to write code to supplement team needs in complicated or necessary situations QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 8+ years of Angular 2+ experienceStrong development skills in TypescriptExpert level understanding of RXJS and event-based developmentExperience in building and consuming custom componentsExperience in using 3-rd party frameworks like PrimeNG or KendoUIExperience in securing web applications using JWTExperience in testing frameworks like Cypress or Jasmine with KarmaSome experience in writing and consuming WEB APIs in C# and .NET is a plusSome experience in writing and executing T-SQL queriesUnderstanding / Experience in Agile Development a plus. Work experience with various code repositories including but not limited to GIT and TFS.Proficient understanding of Azure DevOps GITUnderstanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application Education And/or ExperienceBachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of eight (8) years of experience within information technology; 8+ years working in various technical environments including programming experience, preferably in building enterprise web solutions; 3+ year experience integrating enterprise solutions using Services and/or APIs.
