Responsibilities:Define the scope of the project in collaboration with managementCreate a detailed work plan which identifies and sequences the activities needed to complete the project successfullyDetermine the resources (time, money, equipment, etc.) required to complete the projectDevelop a schedule and detailed timeline for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activitiesReview the project schedule with management and all other staff that will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as requiredDetermine the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completionExecute the project according to the project planDevelop forms and records to document project activitiesMonitor the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the projectEstablish a communication schedule to update stakeholders, including appropriate staff in the organization, on the progress of the projectEnsure that the project deliverables are on time, within budget, and at the required level of qualityAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Requirements:Experience overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems, or productsExperience working with vendor implementationsExperience managing two simultaneous implementation projectsInsurance industry experience a plusPMP certification is a plus
