Local candidates only, or those willing to relocate on their own JOB SUMMARY Company has an immediate need for several developers with hands on ABAP HCM experience in OM, PA, CM, TM, SF and PY modules. Deep understanding of payroll and time clusters is preferred!! EXPERIENCEMinimum of 6 years hands-on experience in SAP ABAP programming, with a focus on SAP HCM.Hands on experience in developing/coding complex payroll and time functions, and other customized HCM process and formsExperience in Fiori, Cloud Platform Integrations, and Employee Central is highly preferred.12 years overall IT work experience strongly preferred. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze the Functional requirement, provide technical design, build the code, unit test, and document all SAP IT applications. Works with BSAs and users to resolve and assist SAP development issues and provide effective solutions using SAP best practices. Experience in Designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Workflows. Design and implement technical solutions using ALV, LDB, BAPI, BADI, Enhancements, Function Modules, RFC, ADOBE, WEBDYNPRO, FPM, workflow and other ABAP Objects in PA, OM, CM, BN, TM and PY modules of SAP.Experience in resolving critical and urgent issues related to SAP Time and payroll which requires immediate fixes for payroll to runWork as a Team player and individually with all levels of knowledge and experience within the SAP team and outside the team. Provide problem resolutions referred by the Technology Service Desk related to SAP.Performs other job-related duties as assigned. EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (foreign degrees must be verified by approved vendor)
