Role
As an Operations Supervisor (also known as Distribution Supervisor, Manufacturing Supervisor), you will plan, direct, and assign work activities in a distribution department. You will support and implement policies and procedures, recommend improvements in operation methods, equipment, people, materials, and working conditions. You will manage and improve functional areas, institute performance measures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field is desired.2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center environment.
