At least 3 years of experience in a Lean/Operations Excellence role, preferably within a technology manufacturing environment. Proven project management skills and a robust understanding of Lean principles and ISO compliance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of leading transformation initiatives and managing high-stress situations effectively.
