What You Will Do:Serve as a trusted resource and advisor to both management and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new talent. Develop and implement effective HR policies, procedures, and programs to foster a positive work environment. Administer employee benefits and compensation programs to ensure competitive and fair rewards. Facilitate performance reviews and career development initiatives to support employee growth and success. Foster positive employee relations and maintain a harmonious work environment. Provide guidance and support for employee training and development initiatives. Stay up to date with relevant labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
It Will Help if you Have: 1+ years of experience in HR.Bachelor's degree in HR or combination of education and experienceExcellent communication, planning and organizational skills. Advanced computer skills. Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking systems. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
