We're seeking a talented accountant for our new Regional Finance Manager position to oversee financial operations in our Maryland Heights office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial planning, analysis, and reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain financial models to support business planning and decision-making. Analyze financial data and performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management. Collaborate with other departments to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls. Provide guidance and support to local finance teams as needed.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
