Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Project Leadership: Take the helm in leading research projects, overseeing all components and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, expenditures, and accounting functions with precision. Provide support for grant applications and financial reporting along with personnel recruitment and hiring. Strategic Implementation: Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, fostering a collaborative management culture focused on innovation and accountability. Technical Expertise: Provide invaluable technical and managerial expertise in the implementation of studies and projects, driving forward technology development and innovation. Regulatory Coordination: Manage coordination and preparation for various applications, ensuring compliance and timely submission of sponsor reports. Potential involvement in drafting manuscripts and research protocols as well as participating in conference presentations.
Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of research experience. Preferred Qualifications:5+ years of project management experience, demonstrating effective communication, analytical, and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Workday, and other computer systems. Highly dependable, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proven ability to work independently or as part of a team while maintaining confidentiality.
