- ResponsibilitiesPerforming day-to-day accounting tasks, such as recording transactions, preparing journal entries, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring they adhere to GAAP standards.
- Assisting with the annual audit process by providing documentation and supporting schedules as requested by auditors.
- Reconciling bank statements, accounts payable and receivable, and other balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting and analysis.
- Participate in ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance1+ years of experience in accounting or related fieldStrong understanding of accounting principles and practicesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
