Limbach’s Landscaping is seeking a Landscape Operations & Account Manager to join our growing team!
This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who wants to put their stamp on a growing business! Our Landscape Operations & Account Manager is a key player in the growth of our company and our ability to provide excellent service to our garden maintenance customers. The salary range is $60,000-$65,000 annually based on experience and includes health insurance (100% coverage for the employee) and paid time off and mileage reimbursement. Position will visit client locations throughout the region.
Requirements for Landscape Operations & Account Manager:3+ years of landscape maintenance account management or operations management experience;Experience leading multiple crews including coaching, developing, scheduling routes, and ensuring high quality outcomes;Strong plant or horticulture knowledge.
Responsibilities of Landscape Operations & Account Manager, including but not limited to:Operations ManagementServing as a member of our growing leadership team;Coaching, Developing and managing 2-3 garden maintenance crews;Creating and communicating crew schedules and daily routes;Completing quality control oversight of all maintenance accounts. Account ManagementDeveloping strong client relationships with our garden maintenance clients to deliver amazing client experiences;Communicating with clients regarding schedules, questions, issues and updates on their gardens;Selling garden enhancement projects, lighting options to existing clients and maintenance contracts to new clients.
