Overview
Mfg. Warehouse Certifier 2nd Shift
Mon - Fri
Starts at 03:30 P.M until work is complete. Full time and Overtime Eligible.
This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by certifying pallet inventory in a fast-paced warehouse operation.
Responsibilities
Keep accurate records of certified loads transported out of the facility for DSD deliveryProvide coaching and counseling to Pickers on Pallet build practices. Provide feedback to Product Availability Manager (PAM) on workflow, loading issues and developmental opportunities of picker and loadersTrack each load accuratelyAccurately count all palletsMaintain pace of pallet configurationEnsure that inline adjustments are made and used for all palletsIdentify priorities and coordinate resourcesAssess and enhance the skill set of pickersRecommend process improvementsCoordinate picker and loader teamEnsure stability of all loaded pallets by proper use of load strapsEmbrace and promote a culture of “strip, stack, wrap, strap”Other duties as Assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GEDExperience working a flexible schedule including early morning, late night and/or weekendsThis position is limited to persons with indefinite right to work in the United StatesMust have a valid driver’s licenseMust maintain Voice Pick sequencing and data input
Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is between $47,000 - $60,000 per year based on a full-time schedule. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salaryPaid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
