Digital Project Manager

Performance Digital is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and technologies. As a Digital Project Manager, you will be responsible for liaising with clients, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for account executives and their clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their business goals, provide updates on campaign progress, and address any concerns or questions. Collaborate with account executives to develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation. Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure the timely execution of campaigns, including but not limited to SEM, SEO, social media marketing, mobile advertising, connected television advertising, display advertising, email marketing, and content creation. Monitor campaign performance metrics and assist account executives in providing regular reports to clients, highlighting key insights and recommending optimization strategies. Proactively identify opportunities to improve campaign performance, streamline processes, and enhance client satisfaction. Manage project budgets and resource allocation, ensuring that campaigns are delivered on time and within scope. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continually improve campaign effectiveness and drive innovation. Foster strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to help them achieve their digital marketing objectives.
