Facilities Tech

Overview

Permian Resources (NYSE: PR) is currently seeking a Facilities Tech for the Midland, TX office. The position will support the Facilities team with daily construction duties. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, this position will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and organizing files for all facilities projects through Siteview.

General Responsibilities

• Monitor facilities inventory and process weekly material transfers through company software.
• Develop project update slides using data from Spotfire and SiteView.
• Compile and present project metrics for facilities jobs throughout construction process as directed by facilities engineers.
• Assist engineers with pre-construction report generation with available data before new jobs commence.
• Assist engineers and construction superintendent with invoicing process.
• Compare field estimates vs. actuals using Spotfire and work with facilities business analyst to remedy issues with data.
• Work with facilities vendors to ensure equipment procurement is on track with facility construction timelines.
• Track equipment leases and produce deliverables as required by PR accounting team.
• Ad hoc projects as assigned.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, technical certification or associate degree in a related field preferred.2+ years of previous Facilities or maintenance experience preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to maintenance and safety. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various work sites as required.
