Regulatory Labeling, Advertising and Promotion Lead (AD)

Piper Health and Sciences is actively seeking a Regulatory Labeling, Advertising and Promotion Lead (Associate Director). The Regulatory Labeling, Advertising and Promotion Lead (AD) will direct the US Regulatory, Labeling, Advertising and Promotion team with a biopharmaceutical company producing therapies for neurological disorders. The ideal candidate will be located in Atlanta, GA or Remote, East Coast candidates considered for the right experience.

Responsibilities for the Regulatory Labeling, Advertising and Promotion Lead (AD) include

Create and maintain all US regulatory labeling componentsServe as the escalation point for the neuro team for content clearance process, collaborating with legal reviewers, compliance reviewers, etc. Collaborate with the Head of Global Labeling Function to make sure their is consistency across all groupsHelp lead 3 - 5 direct reports within the Regulatory TeamManage the FDA registration process including drug product listing, and procedures

Qualifications for the Regulatory Labeling, Advertising and Promotion Lead (AD) include

7+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience5-10 years of strategic promotional reviewExecutive level communication and collaboration skillsBachelor’s degree in a Scientific discipline or equivalentPrevious exprience leading a team with 2-3 direct reportsNuerology experience is a plus

Compensation for the Regulatory Labeling, Advertising and Promotion Lead (AD) include

Salary Range: $175,000 - $200,000, 20% target bonus, Long Term Incentive PlanFull benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, Holiday's, Holiday shut down period
