Overview: Leadership opportunity with a leading national solar energy firm. The company has financed or developed over $2B of solar and operating/building over 2 GW of projects!
Requirements:Must have DIRECT experience in solar development - ideally utility scale but DG is transferrable. Wind experience is okay too. Deep experience in project finance, corporate finance and understand solar/wind development. CFO currently or a leader whose next step truly is a CFO.Pedigree and diverse background of experience (investor side + developer side).
Responsibilities: Help lead the strategy of the company for the future. Manage risk, FP&A, Accounting, Corporate Finance, and Project Finance. Play a critical role in an investment event within the next 3-5 years - plan to scale and sell.
