Job Description:As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our client’s mechanical construction, commercial construction and HVAC projects. We are seeking an experienced professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality results within budget and on schedule. If you have a proven track record of success in project management, experience in the commercial construction and HVAC industry, and proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam software, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:Lead and manage mechanical construction, commercial construction and HVAC projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to facilitate seamless project execution and communication. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resources allocation plans. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Manage project documentation, including contracts, drawings, change orders, RFIs, and submittals using Procore and Bluebeam software. Oversee procurement processes, including sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and managing vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, safety standards, and industry best practices. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project teams, fostering a positive work environment and culture of accountability. Communicate project status, updates, and milestones to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, innovation, and cost-saving initiatives. Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the mechanical construction, commercial construction or HVAC industry. Primavera is a plusProven track record of successfully managing small and large-scale commercial projects ranging from $5000 to $20 million in project size. Proficiency in Procore and Bluebeam software for project management and document control. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
