Product Owner / Change Management Consultant needed for immediate project - Long term, remote project with well known company across the US.
In this role you will be responsible for:Facilitate and lead change management practices within the business organization. Apply a standard Change Management methodology to prepare for, manage and sustain change through all change activities. This includes strategic, organizational, process, and system changes. Plan and Execute on Change Management strategies and plans for transformation initiatives/projects
Perform impact analysis and evaluate the impact of change in the organizationDevelop a change heatmap to understand change saturation in the organizationThrough continual employee engagement and adoption metrics, look for opportunities to make process improvements to maximize efficiencies and effectivenessAssist in developing plans to properly manage organizational changesResponsible for weekly Change Management summary and communication, highlighting Business readiness status and plans. Initiate and lead Business Readiness meetings with functional areas team and Communicate intended outcomes and next steps
Basic Skills and RequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher5+ years experience in a Change Management role3+ years experience in a Project Management roleExperience in business operationsExcellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skillsExcellent organizational Skills with the ability to manage multiple activities effectivelyGood analytical and problem-solving skills to solve complex issuesProficiency to interact with stakeholders at various levels
Nice to have RequirementsPMP CertificationPROSCI Certification or CMS Certification (Change Management Specialist)
