Job Summary
Client is looking for a RF Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and optimize up/down conversion systems for Clients projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in RF and microwave engineering, as well as experience in system design and integration.
Key Responsibilities
System Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design up/down conversion systems based on project requirements. Component Selection: Select appropriate components, such as mixers, amplifiers, filters, and synthesizers, to achieve desired system performance. System Integration: Integrate up/down conversion systems into larger communication systems, ensuring seamless functionality. Testing and Validation: Develop test plans and conduct thorough testing to validate system performance and troubleshoot any issues. Documentation: Create and maintain detailed design documentation, including schematics, specifications, and test reports. Optimization: Continuously optimize and improve system performance through iterative design and testing. Compliance: Ensure that up/down conversion systems comply with relevant industry standards and regulations. Collaboration: Collaborate with hardware and software engineers to ensure the seamless integration of up/down conversion systems into larger systems. Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RF and microwave technology to drive innovation in our products. Technical Support: Provide technical support to other teams during system integration and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in designing up/down conversion systems for RF and microwave applications. Proficiency in RF simulation and design tools (e.g., ADS, Microwave Office). Strong knowledge of RF components and their characteristics. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to RF systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Experience with programming languages (e.g., Python) for automation and data analysis is a plus.
