Computer skills. Epic experience, Discharge planning experience, Utilization Planning experience and PRI Screener # required. NYS RN License required. Case Management Certification preferred. All Scrips experience (P)At least 5 years clinical experience as a registered nurse in a medical or surgical unit, Home Care or post-acute facility experience in critical care preferred.
