This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate with experienced leaders on diverse projects while shaping the future of clients in the Pacific Northwest.
Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality structural engineering calculations and drawings for a variety of projects and materials (concrete, steel, timber, masonry).• Work closely with architects and other disciplines to ensure seamless project execution.• Navigate the permit process with local building departments.• Play a key role in securing new projects and growing our Portland portfolio.• Gain valuable mentorship from our leadership team, with the potential for future advancement.
Required Qualifications: • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering (Master's degree a plus).• Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering.• Possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Thrives in a collaborative environment and fosters positive relationships.• Demonstrates excellent written, verbal, and decision-making abilities.• Is proficient in Revit Structure (our primary BIM tool) and structural analysis software (RISA 3D, ETABS, etc.).• Has a strong work ethic and can manage multiple tasks effectively.
