Summary: Our award-winning client is seeking a Subcontracts Analyst to join their team. Our client a leading non-profit research and development company, seeks a Subcontracts Analyst to join our collaborative team in Cambridge, MA. In this role, you'll play a key role in supporting successful project execution by managing subcontracts for government and commercial contracts.
Responsibilities: • Manage all aspects of subcontracts, from solicitation to completion.• Analyze proposals, assess risks, and negotiate terms.• Issue modifications, manage change orders, and monitor performance.• Ensure contractual compliance and manage payments.• Develop sound business cases and analyze complex data.• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years of experience in subcontract management, contracts, procurement, or proposal analysis.• Secret or Top Secret Clearance required. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and resolve conflicts.• Experience with Cost Reimbursement, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, and Firm Fixed Price contracts.• Strong understanding of FAR/DFARS regulations.• Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.• Proactive, flexible, and results-oriented with a keen eye for detail.• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new tools
