Q-mation is growing! We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer with a niche for computer software and automation.
Responsibilities/requirements include but aren't limited to:Learn the AVEVA software suite (InTouch, System Platform, Historian, Intouch Edge, etc.)Act as the initial point of contact for all software & system related concernsProvide advanced troubleshooting for customers in manufacturingPassionate about creating high quality results for our customersMust demonstrate excellent professional verbal and written communicationExperience with SQL, Salesforce, .NET, HTML is a plus
Please note, this is a hybrid position at our office in Houston, TX.
Must have unrestricted right to work in the US / Sponsorship not availableTravel up to 20%
