Essential Functions
Gather data from the implementation of the measurement plans across channels Gather IQVIA data assets related to CSMS engagement Perform basic analysis that support reporting of ongoing engagements Assist in identifying CSMS performance and user experience KPIs Assist in ensuring QA and monitoring process for tagging and data capture to enable the measurement plan Assist in facilitating CSMS engagement delivery/reporting across a team of onshore and offshore resources
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in designing client deliverables with PPT and Excel: desired Knowledge of IQVIA data assets: preferred Some experience in a related field including consulting, business intelligence, client service, SFE or client multichannel, or digital role would be desirable Fluent in English: desirable Excellent problem solving and analytical skills, ability to think critically Works willingly and effectively in a matrix environment Ability to manage multiple projects, juggle priorities, and deliver on tight deadlines

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $31,700.00 - $47,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
