Infrastructure Manager

As a member of the IT team, the Infrastructure Manager provides leadership and technology vision in the support, development, and implementation of information technology. The Infrastructure Manager is responsible for managing, administering, monitoring, and supporting the infrastructure related components and environments. You will work directly with the IT Help Desk, supporting technology and applications provided to the business. This position requires strong knowledge and hands on experience with network administration, data center operations, Office 365, and Microsoft systems.

General Responsibilities:and directs performance of the infrastructure teamevaluates, and develops recommendations for enhancements and support of IT infrastructure and applicationsplan, design, implement, support, and maintain all aspect of the enterprise infrastructure including servers, storage, network, and telecommunication componentsand implements policies, standards, and guidelines for the IT departmentand standardization of infrastructure services and procedures along with streamlining any discovered inefficienciesthe team in charge of day-to-day operations to key performance metrics defined for System Security, Network availability and critical system incidentspersonnel including mentoring and/or working with employees to enhance their performance, career development, and work productionwith director and managers to determine staffing requirements, interviews, hire new employees, and oversees personnel processesand document new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve system stability and reliabilityplans, and manages large/complex projectsand coordinate innovation efforts to implement new technology solutions and services for employees and customersmanages, and controls IT providers and outsourced service providersnetworks and servers and provides support to the IT Help Desk and employees as neededwith the preparation and presentation of the annual technology budgetand maintains applicable service level agreements

Experience and Education Requirements:degree in Computer Science or related field preferredyears of infrastructure lead or management experience preferredyears of experience with functional and technical aspects of IT support services and related infrastructure solutions, capabilities and technologies including the following: Virtualization (VMWare), Network Management, SAN Storage, Project Management, and Cisco Telephonyknowledge of Microsoft Server 2008/2012/2016 and Microsoft SQL 2008/2014/2016knowledge of Microsoft Exchange and Office 365knowledge and experience with Active Directory, PowerShell and Group Policywith AWS, Azure, and other PaaS technologies is desired
