Qualitest is looking for a Data Collection Associate in Los Angeles, CA (onsite) to join our rapidly expanding teams!
Responsibilities
Participant outreach and scheduling Guide hired research participants for data collection sessions in a secured office or home environment to perform scripted motion captures Prep and maintain assigned equipment and ensure security of proprietary devices Prep participants for capture including intake, NDAs, scripting and answering questions Maintain capture environment and implement lighting and staging changes Respond swiftly to project updates and changes Provide feedback to operations lead on project improvements Perform data uploads Troubleshooting: Ability to mitigate issues, customer-facing or technology related Other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Strong face to face customer service experience2. Strong communication skills3. Professional appearance and demeanor4. Technologically adept and familiar with latest trends in technology; AI/ML/AR/VR5. Organized and detail oriented6. Thrives in a team environment7. Ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Experience:1. Experience in a related role such as customer service or data collection2. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and its components (SharePoint, Forms, Outlook, Word, Excel)3. High school diploma and 2+ years working in a team environment4. College degree preferred

Hourly wage $22/hour
