Job Summary
An Operations and Startup Leader is needed for the world's largest food and beverage company in the Crete, NE area. This position supports the End-to-End Manager and will focus on the operational side of these projects including the evaluation and implementation of business processes, equipment, systems and technology.

Responsibilities
- Support E2E with coaching, scope development, risks, and key milestone identification.
- Facilitate key project workshops: VSED, Kickstart, Current Operations Assessment, Project Defect Analysis.
- Co-facilitate Scope Alignment.
- Lead identification of operational requirements and success criteria development.
- Provide input to and track operational budget and operational deliverables in project schedule.
- Develop ramp-up/start-up plans in collaboration with project team.
- Plan, prepare and coordinate operational preparation, pre-commissioning/commissioning, qualification, start-up activities.
- Develop functional testing procedures and lead Commissioning/Qualification execution & reporting.
Education And Experience
Bachelor's degree with 3+ years change management, business analysis and project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment or Associate's degree with 5+ years of project management, change management, and/or business analysis experience in a manufacturing, industrial and/or military environment. PMP or equivalent Project Management Professional certification.
