Collaborate with Document Specialist to ensure accuracy in preparing loan packageCoordinate with settlement agent to ensure an accurate closing dateEnsure title company has satisfied all title requirementsWork with Closing Manager to ensure all legal compliance has been met before schedulingActing as an intermediary between all parties involved in the closing. Preparation of Lender figures; to include review and approval of HUD/Settlement StatementsCoordination of proper loan documents to be sent to the settlement agent for closingManage and resolve problems or issues that arise with loan documentationCoordination of funding details to ensure accuracy of loan disbursements
Qualifications3+ years of experienceExperience with entity documentsExperience with title review, HUDs/Settlement Statements, purchase contractsStrong communication and organizational SkillsHigh Volume Pipeline
