Our client, a National Commercial and Residential Asset Management company is seeking an experienced Property Assistant to assist the Property Manager with a mid-size portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience and knowledge:Minimum of 2 years experience in Commercial Property Management. Experience in CAM, A/R, and A/P is required. A good understanding of Lease Structures and financials is required.
Must have a proven track record of completing challenging projects and managing multiple priorities. Tenure is a big plus. Must be detail-oriented and have strong interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with clients, partners, tenants, managers, and other executives
This position supports the Property Management Company and Managers with all their day-to-day duties. This is an IN OFFICE Position Monday through Friday.
