Role Description This is a full-time Community Manager role at RPMS. As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining residential communities. Your day-to-day tasks will include overseeing operations, coordinating with homeowners, handling maintenance requests, managing budgets, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and vendors. This role is a hybrid role, with the majority of work taking place in our Encinitas office and flexibility for some remote work.
