Must have a minimum of 3 years of proposal writing and preparation, preferably in commercial construction industry. Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel), and WordPress.
Identify and assess RFP requirementsSet up internal meetings to develop a strategy and plan of action with senior managementDevelop and design the layout of proposals and associated graphics for RFQsEdit existing RFQ response content and provide original written content as neededOversee the presentation design and collateralPrepare team for presentationCreate hardcopy bids as requested
$60,000 - $80,000 DOE + Full BenefitsOffices located in Phoenix - opportunity for hybrid work arrangement after initial onboarding period
