Location: RemoteCompensation: $65 - $70 per hour (W2 or C2C)Employment Type: Long Term Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deploy dynamically scalable, highly available, fault-tolerant, and reliable applications on AWS.Select appropriate AWS services to design and deploy an application based on given requirements.
- Migrate complex, multi-tier applications on AWS.Implement and control the flow of data to and from AWS.Estimate AWS costs and identify cost control mechanisms.
- Design and maintain enterprise-wide scalable operations on AWS.Collaborate with engineering and development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions.
- Modify and improve existing systems.
- Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud technologies and initiatives.
- Perform resource tagging to allocate costs and optimize resource planning.
- Ensure security is integrated into all cloud architecture solutions by implementing industry best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as an AWS Architect with hands-on experience in architecting and deploying AWS solutions. AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional preferred. Strong knowledge of main AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, IAM, etc.). Experience with AWS management and governance tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
