Responsibilities
As a Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll be responsible for accurate and timely billing of completed tasks
Create invoices and billing materials to be sent directly to CustomersInsure timely completion of work assignmentsCommunicate effectively verbally and in writingCollectionsEstablish and maintain effective working relationships with others
Collaborate when necessary with other team members and Customers to resolve billing inconsistencies/discrepancies
Operate a variety of computer programs - (Quickbooks, Microsoft Office Suite)
