RightWorks is hiring for an Audit Manager in Jacksonville, FL. This is a newly added position due to the firm's expansion and growth! This is a HYBRID position, 3 days minimum in office, and candidate must be willing and able to commute to client sites as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage audit engagements for clients across various industries.
- Plan and execute audit procedures in accordance with auditing standards.
- Identify and communicate audit findings to clients.
- Research accounting issues and provide solutionsReview and supervise work of audit staff.
- Develop new client contacts and relationships beneficial to the firmRecognize opportunities to provide additional services to existing clients
Requirements
External Audit experience required (public and privately held companies)2+ years in management roleBachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or related field. Active CPA license, preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on audit. Superior oral/written communication skills Well-developed decision-making skills and initiative to make those decisions Ability to conduct research and analyze information collected Ability to prioritize a heavy work load and remain organized
Base salary: $85k-$110k base + benefits + performance based bonus
