Commercial Bond Policy Issuer

We are seeking to add a Policy Issuer to our Commercial Bond Department! You will be responsible for accurate policy issuing, file maintenance, and record keeping.

Responsibilities:Enter variety of data using current technologyCreate and maintain logs for tracking purposesReview discrepancies in data received and advise supervisor of issuesIssue new bonds that come through Surety Cloud - Verify that the info given by agents is accurate and meets the requirements for the bond form - Verify that payment has been collected - Reach out to the agent if necessary to collect additional informationUtilize Surety platforms to aid in the issuance process (One Beacon, Hudson, Crum)Electronically file NMLS Bonds and BMC’sUtilize Excel spreadsheets to keep record of the shipment, bond number, renewal, and changes for each bond. Purchase Renewals through Hudson’s eSurety platformIssue renewal documents such as continuation certificates, and verification certificatesIssue any changes being made by a principal for their bond such as address, name, or term datesMaintain correspondence with individuals at each Surety when submitting changes or renewals for previously issued bondsMaintain open communication with team members

Qualifications:Previous experience in policy issuing, data entry or other related fieldsExcellent communication and typing skillsStrong organizational skillsDeadline and detail-orientedShow eagerness and capacity to learn
