About The Team
We conduct hundreds of live auctions each year around the world. It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full-time and part-time roles to conduct a successful multi-million dollar auction – from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives.
Job DescriptionThe Loader Operator I is responsible for operating heavy equipment and trucks, setting up equipment for auction in yards and helping customers during and after auctions ResponsibilitiesResponsible for operating all types of heavy equipment and trucksAccountable for helping to set up equipment in the yard for auctionsHelp customers load their equipment purchases, and answer their questions related to the yardActively support the RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety: to send everyone home, every day, the way they came to work, by taking personal responsibility for your safety and safety of your team, co-workers and customersPerform other duties as assigned
Qualifications Experience operating heavy machineryAble to operate a large 36,000 lbs forklift is an assetGood spoken and written English is requiredGood computer skills and able to learn new programs quicklyA track-record of working safely, and helping others work safely, tooYou must be able to relate well with customers and team membersYou like to work in a team, helping out wherever needed; but you can also self-start and work on your ownOrganized, and can handle lots of multiple tasks at onceA high level of attention to detail.
