Overview: Small construction company seeks Administrative Assistant to join their team. This is starting as a temporary full-time position, but could very easily go permanent for the right person.
Responsibilities:-Answering phones and taking detailed messages-Heavy filing and office organization-Faxing documents and contracts as needed-Email correspondence with vendors and customers-Greeting the occasional visitor
Requirements:-1-3+ years of office experience-Microsoft Office-AIA Billing is strongly preferred -Ability to work on-site
