Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative with Inside Sales skills. In this role, you will play a critical role in forging robust relationships with our customers, acting as the first point of interaction for customer queries, and helping drive sales growth. In addition, you will be tasked with recapturing previous customers. Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email 2. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner 3. Address questions relating to warranties and products 4. Juggle multiple clients, thus a keen eye for detail is essential 5. Maintain and update customer records regularly 6. Process orders, forms, and applications efficiently 7. Open/close customer accounts by recording accurate account information 8. Identify sales opportunities with existing customers and generate new sales leads 9. Maintain knowledge of the current product offerings to make effective sales recommendations 10. Coordinate closely with the sales team to share intel Qualifications: 1. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred 2. Proven experience in customer service and inside sales roles 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Preferred experience in CRM or similar data management system 5. Ability to handle pressure and customer complaints effectively 6. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet 7. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 8.
