As the Director of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success locally and serve as the most senior member of a large team.
Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of Controllers to ensure effective financial management. Collaborate with the Management Team to drive growth and profitability. Act as the primary liaison between the local and international members of the organization. Ensure effective finance processes throughout the region.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. years of experience in finance leadership roles within manufacturing. Proven track record of leading high-performing teams. Strong understanding of finance processes and best practices.
