Houston Oil and Gas client is looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst responsible for the analysis, organization, and coordination of payroll operations within the company. Key duties include processing and reviewing payroll for accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations, resolving payroll discrepancies, processing and implementing payroll changes, ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently and timely, preparing financial reports, and coordinating with Human Resources about employees’ benefits and payroll. The candidate should have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, a deep understanding of payroll procedures, and strong knowledge of tax legislation and labor laws. Experience with Ceridian payroll software is a plus.
