Robert Half is hiring for a dynamic and experienced software engineer who will play a key role in our client's tech team. This opportunity is for someone who thrives in an Agile environment and has a strong foundation in backend development with an understanding of front-end technologies.
Requirements
Technical Skills Required
Proficiency in agile development methodologies. Expertise in developing scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Spring Boot and microservices architecture. Extensive programming experience with Java, JavaScript, Go, Python, HTML, CSS3, TypeScript, and similar languages. Database management skills with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Couchbase, or other SQL/NoSQL databases. Adeptness in object-oriented design and familiar with various design patterns. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities. Experience in CI/CD pipeline implementation with tools like Jenkins is highly regarded. Knowledge of front-end technologies, especially React, is advantageous. Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure cloud tools is welcome but not mandatory.
Responsibilities Include
Developing advanced and complex code as a key technical expert. Conducting code reviews to align with enterprise and architectural standards. Engaging actively in Agile processes, including stand-ups and sprint planning. Managing and testing to deliver accurate and quality business solutions. Contributing to the ongoing development and refinement of architectural practices. Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during production. Acting as a mentor within the technology team, guiding and advising fellow engineers.
